摘要
畜牧企业是畜牧业发展的重要载体,作为畜牧企业重要组成部分的中小型畜牧企业,能否健康稳步发展将影响到整个畜牧业发展水平。而影响畜牧中小企业发展的诸多要素中人力资源是最为重要的,能否合理配置和开发人力资源成为中小畜牧企业发展关键。为此,笔者以我国中小型畜牧企业为研究对象,分析总结了我国中小畜牧企业人力资源主要特点,探讨了现价段我国中小型畜牧企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决策略,旨在为我国中小型畜牧企业的发展提供一些思路。
The livestock enterprise is an important carrier of the development of animal husbandry. As an important part of animal husbandry en- terprisas, the healthy and steady development of small and medium livestock enterprises will influence the entire level of development of animal husbandry. However, human resource is most important in the many factors influeneing the development of small and medium livestock enterpri- ses, and reasonable allocation and exploitation of human resources become the key to the development of small and medium livestock enterpri- ses. To this end, the author analyzes and summarizes the main characteristics of human resources in the small and medium enterprises taking small and medium - sized livestock enterprises in China as the research object. The author also explores the main problems existed in human re- source management of small and medium livestock enterprises and puts forward the corresponding solution strategies, and aims to provide some trains of thought to the development of small and medium livestock enterprises in China.
