摘要
为了研究陈旧鸡粪转化饲料的能力,试验采用新鲜鸡粪约1 000 kg,随机分为2组,每组500 kg,分别堆放在露天处(E组)和避雨处(C组),每隔7 d检测其常规营养成分的变化情况。结果表明:新鲜鸡粪水分、粗蛋白(CP)、粗灰分(CA)和粗脂肪(EE)含量分别为68.83%、23.44%、23.66%和3.71%;E组、C组鸡粪的CP、CA和EE含量均与堆放时间呈线性相关;随堆放时间的增加鸡粪CA含量呈升高趋势,而CP和EE含量则呈降低趋势,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);E组受天气因素的影响,水分含量与堆放时间的相关性较小,C组水分含量随着堆放时间的增加呈明显降低趋势,组间差异显著(P<0.05);新鲜鸡粪堆放6周后,CP含量降至12.00%,而CA含量则增加至33.00%。说明加工转化饲料最好选择新鲜鸡粪作为原料,堆放6周以上的鸡粪已失去转化饲料的价值,建议另作他用。
To study the capacity of old chicken manure converted into feed, about 1 000 kg of fresh chicken manure was used and randomly di- vided into 2 groups of 500 kg each. The two groups were stacked in open air ( group E) and the shelter from the rain ( group C), and the varia- tion of conventional nutrients was detected every 7 d. The results showed that the contents of water, crude protein ( CP), crude ash (CA) and ether extract (EE) in fresh chicken manure were 68.83%, 23.44%, 23.66% and 3.71%, respectively. Tb,e CP, CA, and EE contents in chicken manure in group E and group C were linearly related to the length of stacking time. The CA contents between group E and group C pres- ented an increasing trend with the increase of stacking time of chicken manure, and the CP and EE contents presented a decreasing trend, but there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between the two groups. Group E was affected by weather factor, and there was less correlation between water content and stacking time. The water content in the group C presented an obvious decreasing trend with the increase of stacking time, and there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) between the two groups. Fresh chicken manure was piled up after 6 weeks, the CP con- tent was reduced by about 12.00%, and the CA content was increased to about 33.00%. The results indicate that processing the converted feed should preferably choose fresh chicken manure as a raw material, and chicken manure that piled up more than 6 weeks has lost the value of feed conversion, which is recommended for other uses.
