犬瘟热继发胰腺炎的临床诊治

摘要犬瘟热（caninedistemper，CD）是由犬瘟热病毒（caninedistemper virus，CDV）引起的一种急性、热性、败血性传染病。长期以来，因犬瘟热治愈率较低，被誉为犬类的第一致死性疾病。究其原因，除犬瘟热病毒自身具有极强的致病力外，继发感染也是导致动物死亡的重要因素。
