The key to the success of the design and implementation of the thematic activity in kindergarten oriented curricu- lum lies in the following aspects： （1） teachers should handle the problems of predetermined curriculum and emergent curricu- lum; （2） the administrators should take measures to lead teachers to develop class-oriented thematic activity plan; （3） a three levels of response model should he built for curriculum implementation to help teachers in solving the problems of emergent curriculum.
