摘要
课程园本化背号下幼儿园主题活动的设计与实施要注意以下几点:(1)教师要处理好课程预设与生成的关系。(2)管理者要引导教师实现主题活动方案的班本化,以确保课程预设的合理蛀。(3)管理者可运用“三级响应模式”开发课程与教学资源,以协助教师解决问题,保障课程生成的有效性。
The key to the success of the design and implementation of the thematic activity in kindergarten oriented curricu- lum lies in the following aspects: (1) teachers should handle the problems of predetermined curriculum and emergent curricu- lum; (2) the administrators should take measures to lead teachers to develop class-oriented thematic activity plan; (3) a three levels of response model should he built for curriculum implementation to help teachers in solving the problems of emergent curriculum.
