摘要
师幼关系是指学前儿童在幼儿园中与教师形成的以情感、认知和行为交往为主要表现形式的心理关系。本文从师幼关系影响儿童社会适应、儿童社会适应对师幼关系的反作用、师幼关系与儿童社会适应的相互作用三个方面对相关研究进行了梳理,以分析已有研究的不足,并对今后的研究进行了展望。
Teacher-child relationship is a psychological relationship of the emotion, cognition and behavior interaction be- tween teachers and children in a kindergarten. This paper reviews the related literatures from three aspects: the effect of teach- er-child relationship on children's social adjustment, the reaction of children's social adjustment on ,teacher-child relation- ship, and the interaction between teacher-child relationship and children's social adjustment. The researchers also analyzed the shortcomings of existing research and tried to point out the research direction for future study.
