摘要
经口内镜下肌切开术(POEM)在临床的成功应用标志着治疗内镜一项新分支的兴起。我们将这一利用黏膜下隧道空间进行内镜手术的新概念命名为隧道内镜外科手术(TES)。目前,POEM和经黏膜下隧道肿瘤切除术(STER)是TES临床应用的明星技术。尽管TES发展迅速,但亟需规范。由此,本文简述了规范开展TES的关键点,并对TES的发展进行展望。
The emergence of perorat endoscopic myotomy （POEM） marks the rising of a new branch of therapeutic endoscopy Our group defines it as tunnel endoscopic surgery （TES） which includes several novel procedures utilizing a submucosal tunnel as an operating space. Till now, POEM and submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection （STER） have been widely performed for the treatment of human diseases. Although TES has been devetoped very quickly since the first case was performed, its application should been standardized. Thus, our experience in standardization and future perspective of TES is summarized.
