摘要
本文主要介绍具有湘雅特色的住院医师规范化培训评估体系,运用该体系,建立了住院医师培训质量评价数学模型。运用层次分析法(简称AHP法),确定了该模型中各培训评估指标的权重,并且以本院六个科室的评价数据对该模型进行了检验,模型检验效果良好,为评估体系准确评价住院医师规范化培训的质量提供一定的理论依据。本文最后对具有湘雅特色的住院医师规范化培训评估体系及评价模型如何应用进行了讨论。
This paper mainly introduces resident standardization training evaluation system that represents characteristics of Xiangya Hospital and builds a mathematical model for the evaluatoion of the training quality of resident doctors by using the evaluation system. The paper determine the weights of the training evaluation index in the mathematical model by using AHP. The model has been tested by the evaluation date given by 6 departments in Xiangya Hospital and shows that it is very good. It provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the quality of the standardized training of resident physicians. Finally, the paper discusses how to apply the model and resident standardization training evaluation system.
