摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定北败酱中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱Diamonsil(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(1387);检测波长327 nm;流速1.0 m L/min;柱温35℃。结果绿原酸在0.04~0.36μg(r=0.999 5)范围内,线性关系良好,加样回收率(n=6)为99.27%(RSD=1.03%)。结论本法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为评价北败酱的质控方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Ixeris Chinensis by HPLC.Methods A column of Diamonsil( 5 μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm) was adopted,and the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acd and water( 1387) at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min; The wavelength was set at 327 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 04 ~ 0. 36 μg( r = 0. 999 5) of chlorogenic acid; The average recovery( n = 6) was 99. 27%( RSD = 1. 03%). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quantitative analysis of Ixeris Chinensis.
