升血小板胶囊配合护理干预治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜

Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules in combined with nursing interventions in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的探讨升血小板胶囊配合护理干预措施对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床意义。方法将52例ITP患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各26例,对照组单用泼尼松1 mg/(kg·d),连续服用3个月,并配合常规护理模式进行干预;观察组在对照组基础上予升血小板胶囊4粒/次,3次/d,连续服用3个月,并以循证理念为指导制订护理干预措施,观察2组血小板(PLT)恢复时间,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行抑郁评价,焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行焦虑评价,疗程结束后进行疗效评定。结果观察组PLT计数恢复至30×109/L、50×109/L、100×109/L时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);随着治疗及护理干预时间延长,焦虑和抑郁情绪阳性状态发生率逐渐降低,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.3%,明显优于对照组的69.2%(P<0.05)。结论在循证理念干预护理的基础上,升血小板胶囊联合激素治疗ITP,可有效的改善患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,使患者能够更好的配合治疗,有效的增加PLT计数,改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules in combined with nursing interventions in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ ITP）. Methods A total of 52 patients with ITP were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given prednisone 1 mg /（ kg·d）,continuously for 3 months,in combined with the conventional nursing model for intervention; The patients in the observation group were given prednisone 1 mg /（ kg ·d）,and Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules,4 capsules /time,3 times / d,continuously for 3 months,in combined with nursing intervention in the guidance of evidence-based idea. The recovery time of PLT in the two groups was observed. SDS was used for depression evaluation,SAS for anxiety evaluation,and efficacy evaluation was performed after the course being finished. Results The time for PLT count recovering to 30 × 109/ L,50 × 109/ L,and 100 × 109/ L in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. With the treatment and nursing intervention timing extending,the occurrence rate of the positive status of anxiety and depression was gradually reduced,and that in the observation was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in the observation group（ 92. 3%） was significantly superior to that in the control group（ 69. 2%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of evidence- based nursing intervention,Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules in combined with hormone in the treatment of ITP can effectively improve the anxiety and depression,which can render the patients＇ better coordination,effectively increase PLT count,and improve the clinical symptoms.
