简化式OSCE在《针灸学》教学中的可行性

Simplified type OSCE in teaching of “the thorn moxibustion law law”feasibility analysis

客观结构式临床技能考试(OSCE),是近30年来在全球医学教育领域兴起的一种更为标准化的评估临床能力考核方法,是以临床技能为基础的考核工具,目前该方法己被证实有效,且方法可行、可靠,但在我国中医院校的实际应用中却存在着一定的困难。因此简化考核模式,使之适应我国中医院校针灸推拿学专业学生的临床能力综合评价需要,可以有效缓解目前医学生临床技能培养要求较高与实习实际操作机会少、临床技能考试难以规范化的矛盾。

In recent 30 years,the rise in the field of global medical education,a more standardized evaluation of clinical ability evaluation method,called the OSCE. This evaluation method is different from the previous theory of traditional examination method. This based on the clinical skills assessment tool,has been proved to be effective and the method is feasible and reliable. But the Chinese medicine colleges and universities in our country there are some difficulties in practical application. The author will simplify the examination mode,to adapt to the actual situation of TCM colleges in our country,the acupuncture and massage to learn professional is used to evaluate the clinical ability of students. Simplified type OSCE can alleviate the medical students clinical skills training demand is higher and less chance internship practice,difficult to standardization of clinical skills examination.
