西方现代学徒制经验在中国本土化应用研究

Localization Application of Western Modern Apprenticeship in China

目前,实施现代学徒制已经成为许多国家经济发展和人力资源开发的一个重要战略。西方国家的现代学徒制整体运行机制为其成功发展奠定了基础。本文对西方国家现代学徒制的立法保障、机构管理、经费投资方面履行职责的状况进行分析,借鉴西方发达国家的实践经验,提出:完善我国现代学徒制的法律制度;建立政府统筹,地方政府、社会和企业行会参与,学校自治的多元管理机构;加大对包含现代学徒制在内的职业教育的经费投入力度。

Currently modern apprenticeship has become an important strategy for many country＇s economic development and human resources development. The overall operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship in western countries has laid good foundation for its success. The modern apprenticeship in western countries is analyzed in terms of its legislative guarantee, institutional management, implementation of financial investment. Learning from practical experience of western countries, the paper points out that the legal system of the modern apprenticeship is to be improved; a multiple management organization involved in by local government, society, enterprise guilds and colleges is to be established; the vocational education funding investment in modern apprenticeship is to be increased.
