对现代学徒制的认识误区及路径探析 被引量:22

摘要 现代学徒制是一种新型的职业教育形式,是职业教育界广为采用的一种人才培养模式。国外现代学徒制的教育实践已经取得了不错的效果,我国借鉴其经验,根据自身职业教育的发展状况,在一些学校和企业进行试点工作,取得了一些进展。但我国现代学徒制正处在探索时期,缺乏成熟的实践经验,因而对现代学徒制产生了许多认识误区。本文基于国外现代学徒制,分析我国对现代学徒制的培养目标、实施主体和实施对象的认识误区,并从制度、教学、企业和学徒等四个方面提出我国发展现代学徒制的路径。 Modern apprenticeship is widely used as a new form and training model of vocational education. The foreign modern apprenticeship educational practice has achieved good results, According to the development of China's professional education,learning from foreign modern apprenticeship experience,China has made some progress in some pilot schools and businesses.However, because our modern apprenticeship is in the exploration period and lacks appropriate experience, the domestic modern apprenticeship has produced many errors. Based on modern apprenticeship abroad, this article analyzes the misunderstanding of modern apprenticeships in training objectives, implementation subjects and objects, and proposes the development approaches to China's modern apprenticeship from four aspects of system, teaching, enterprise and students.
