浅谈高职院校固定资产管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Solutions: Management of Fixed Assets in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校固定资产在保证高职院校正常运转、促进我国经济发展和社会进步方面发挥了重要作用。然而,由于政策性和单位自身的诸多因素,高职院校固定资产管理普遍存在问题,制约着高职院校的发展,影响了高职院校固定资产的保值增值。因此,应对高职院校固定资产管理中存在的问题进行剖析,针对问题提出对策,以期提高高职院校固定资产管理水平,充分发挥固定资产在高职院校发展中的作用。

The fixed assets of higher vocational colleges have played an important role in ensuring the normal running and promoting the economic growth and social progress of our country. However, due to relevant policies and many factors of departments themselves, various problems are emerging in the management of fixed assets in higher vocational colleges. These problems are restricting the development of higher vocational colleges and influencing the maintenance and appreciation of values for the fixed assets. Therefore, we should have a deep analysis of the problems in the management of fixed assets and find effective solutions to these problems, so as to further improve the standards and efficiency of management, and fully strengthen the important role of fixed assets in higher vocational colleges.
