职业教育如何才能既满足社会发展的需求,同时又满足学生自我发展的需求呢?陶行知早在上世纪20年代初期就给出了中肯的建议:开设"职业试习科",这是其生利主义职业教育思想的一个重要方面。尽管"职业试习科"受到特定社会背景的影响,并没有在他后续的教育活动中得到广泛开展,但其在落实学生自由学习理念、推进"发展型"职业教育及促进新建本科院校人才培养模式创新等方面的作用仍是不容忽视的。
