摘要
职业教育如何才能既满足社会发展的需求,同时又满足学生自我发展的需求呢?陶行知早在上世纪20年代初期就给出了中肯的建议:开设"职业试习科",这是其生利主义职业教育思想的一个重要方面。尽管"职业试习科"受到特定社会背景的影响,并没有在他后续的教育活动中得到广泛开展,但其在落实学生自由学习理念、推进"发展型"职业教育及促进新建本科院校人才培养模式创新等方面的作用仍是不容忽视的。
How can vocational education meet the needs of both social development, and students' self-development? Tao Xing-zhi gave the pertinent recommendation in the early 1920s: The creation of "professional learning test subjects", which as a part of his professional education revenue-Marxist thought of vocational education, is a kind of subject that can help students first understand and then choose the professional learning direction..Although "professional learning test subjects" was not widely carried out in his subsequent educational activities for some special social reasons, its concept of learning freedom in promoting both the "developmental" vocational education and talents model innovation of newly built undergraduate colleges still can not be ignored today.
