基于CNKI的我国医院数据挖掘应用研究现状分析

Analysis of Application Study Present Situation of Data Mining in Hospital in Our Country Base on CNKI

目的通过分析CNKI收录的医院领域数据挖掘相关文献,以期从文献分析角度了解我国医院数据挖掘应用研究的现状。方法利用CNKI文献计量等统计平台与软件,从载文量、作者、关键词角度统计分析2000年-2015年间文献数据。结果共检索出724篇相关文献,文献累积量以指数模型增长;作者共有1806位,发表1篇论文作者占80.84%,数据挖掘在中医药方面的应用占总文献量的21%;分年段关键词词频分析得到高频词有数据仓库、医院信息系统(HIS)、关联规则、电子病历及医院管理等。结论国内数据挖掘技术在医院中应用发展迅速但尚未成熟,且尚未形成该领域的稳定成熟的作者群体。目前,其在中医药诊断与用药规律上应用研究较多。医院数据挖掘的发展过程为从开始注重数据平台的构建与挖掘,到电子病历内容的挖掘与关联规则挖掘方法的广泛应用,直至近年来医院管理上面的高需求应用。

Objective To analyze the current situation and development trend of the application of data mining technology in our country in hospital, we investigated related papers indexed by CNKI. Methods Obtain papers from CNKI and analyze them by quantity, author and key words from 2000 to 2015. Results 724 papers were found in this field, with paper cumulant growing in index model. There are 1806 authors, and the authors of the papers are published in 80.84%. The application of data mining in traditional Chinese medicine accounted for 21% of the total amount of literature. Through frequency analysis of keywords, we found high frequency words are data warehouse,hospital information system（HIS）, association rules, electronic medical records and hospital management.Conclusion The data mining technology application in hospital is a developing field but not yet mature. And the authors have not yet formed a group of stable and mature. At present, the research on the application of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is more than in others. The development of hospital data mining is from the start of the construction and mining of data platform, to the content of electronic medical records and the application of association rules, and then to hospital management in high social demand in recent years.
