多元化教学模式在皮肤性病学见习教学中的探索 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价多元化教学模式在皮肤性病学见习教学中的效果。方法选取120名某高校2011级七年制临床医学生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组60名学生,实验组采取多元化教学模式,对照组采用传统的以授课为基础学习的教学方法。通过理论技能考试和问卷调查,统计分析两组教学效果及对学生综合能力的影响。结果实验组学生的病例分析题得分、理论考试总成绩、技能考试成绩均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生同以往传统的教学方法相比较,90%学生更欢迎这一新的教学方法;见习结束后从提高自学、临床思维、归纳分析、表达交流、团队合作和独立解决问题六个方面的能力进行自我评价,实验组学生均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤性病学见习教学中应用多元化教学模式深受学生欢迎,有助于提高学生的考试成绩、培养学生的综合能力。 Objective Evaluating the effect of diversified teaching mode in clinical probation of dermatology and venereology. Methods 120 seven-year program medical students in 2011 grade in Anhui Medical University were random divided into experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30). Diversified teaching mode was adopted in experimental group,while LBL was adopted in control group. The teaching effect and the influence to comprehensive ability of different teaching exam total scores, skill methods were valued by exam scores and questionnaire survey. Results Theory test scores and scores of case analysis items were higher in experimental group than in control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).General feedback obtained from the experimental group students showed that 90% of students were more welcome to this new way of teaching than conventional. After the end of probation, self-evaluation of the both group students showed the experimental group was superior to control group from six aspects of improving autonomous learning ability, clinical logical thinking, inductive analysis, team work and ability to solve problem independently. Conclusions Using diversified teaching mode is deeply welcomed by students,and can enhance students' knowledge level and comprehensive capabilities in the teaching of dermatology and venereology.
