医学研究生文献综合学习能力教学探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨通过文献阅读、内容提炼、结合演讲的模式提高医学研究生文献综合学习能力的教学方法。方法 2014年3月至2015年5月于泌尿外科专科轮转或学习的9名医学研究生为主要参与者,以查阅国际泌尿领域最新文献、定期对同年资医师以PPT方式进行演讲、由同一老师点评的模式为方法,提高研究生的文献综合学习能力。其中调查问卷内容包括是否有助于掌握MEDLINE文献检索法,扩展泌尿科专科知识范围;有助于提高PPT制作水平,提高演讲技巧和克服演讲恐惧,强化教学效果等多项。结果该教学方法的引进,起到了督促研究生积极主动了解泌尿科最新进展,掌握学习技能的效果。有89%的同学认为该方法能有助于更好的掌握PUBMED文献检索法,100%的同学认为该方法能够扩展泌尿专科知识范围、提高自身PPT制作水平及同时强化教学效果,89%的同学认为有助于提高演讲技巧,克服演讲恐惧。结论通过文献阅读、内容提炼,结合演讲的教学模式能够有效提高医学研究生文献综合学习能力。 Objective Using one new method of reading and summary and lecturing the literature to improve the medical postgraduate's comprehensive ability on foreign literature. Methods In this procedure, postgraduate students who studied in Urology department from March 2014 to May 2015, read the latest international urology literature and reported it with PPT mode for seniority physicians, after that, the same teacher reviewed and evaluated the whole procedure. Those contents of the questionnaire included whether grasp the MEDLINE search method; whether increase the urology knowledge; whether increase PPT making level; whether improve presentation skills and overcoming fear of speech and strengthen the teaching effect and so on. Results This kind of new attempt could supervise students actively learn the latest know edges in urology. 89% students who believed this attempt could be helpful to further understanding PUBMED literature search procedure;100% students believed it can extended students' knowledge of Urology, to improve PPT levels, and strengthen the role of teaching effectiveness; 89% students thought it can improve students' presentation skills and overcome fear of speech. Conclusion This kind of independent literature reading and summary and lecture model can effectively improve the medical postgraduates' comprehensive ability on learning literature.
