奥卡西平对利培酮血药浓度的影响

Effect of Oxcarbazepine on the Plasma Concentration of Risperidone

目的:研究奥卡西平对利培酮及九羟利培酮血药浓度的影响。方法:采用自身对照法,对30例单用利培酮治疗2周后伴有兴奋躁动的精神分裂症患者,再联合奥卡西平治疗4周,分别于联用前与联用4周后采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定利培酮及九羟利培酮血药浓度。结果:联用奥卡西平前与联用4周后利培酮及九羟利培酮血药浓度分别为(36.34±9.62)ng/m L和(35.95±11.12)ng/m L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥卡西平对利培酮及九羟利培酮血药浓度无明显影响,两药联用安全性高。

Objective： To study the effect of oxcarbazepine on the plasma concentration of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone. Methods： Using self-control method, 30 schizophrenic patients who received risperidone therapy alone in 2 weeks were still excited and agitated. Then we combined oxcarbazepine to treat these patients for 4 weeks,the plasma concentration of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone were measured by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） before and after 4 weeks combination. Results：The plasma concentration of risperidone and9-hydroxyrisperidone were（36.34±9.62） ng / m L and（35.95±11.12） ng / m L before and after 4 weeks combination, the difference was not signifant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ： Oxcarbazepine did not affect the plasma concentration of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone when they combined, and the combination of both drugs was safe.
