摘要
为了降低鄂钢6号高炉燃料比,采取了提高烧结矿品位,改进焦炭质量,恢复使用球团,重视入炉原燃料的筛分及仓位管理等措施,同时重视高炉冶炼规律研究,及时调剂上下部操作制度,保持合理的煤气流分布,稳定操作炉型,抓好炉前出铁管理工作,最终实现了高炉高效低耗运行。
To reduce the fuel ratio of No.6blast furnace in Esteel,measures for increasing sinter grade,improving coke quality,recovering the use of pellet,paying attention to screening and position management of input original fuel were carried out.At the same time,by paying attention to studying on blast furnace smelting laws,timely adjusting upper and lower parts of the operating system,maintaining reasonable gas flow distribution,stabilizing furnace operation,grasping tapping management,high efficiency and low consumption operation of the blast furnace were realized.
