摘要
武钢1号高炉炉役后期,5、6段冷却壁出现损坏加剧、局部发红的情况,为此分析了冷却壁损坏原因,采取了原燃料管理、优化操作制度、强化护炉管理、安装冷却器、灌浆造衬等措施,实现了安全生产及安全停炉。
At the later stage of campaign in No.1blast furnace of WISCO,No.5and No.6segment of cooling stave were damaged dramatically,some parts turned red.Reasons for the damage was analyzed,and measures for managing raw material and fuel,optimizing operating system,strengthening furnace protection management,installing coolers,mading linings by grouting were carried out.Finally,the blast furnace was in safe production and shut down safely.
