摘要 介绍武钢2 250mm精轧机主传动系统中鼓形齿传动轴的应用现状,分析传动轴易损部件损坏的原因,提出对回油环、润滑油路、集油盒进行结构优化改造。改造后,主传动轴全年故障时间减少了382min,故障次数减少了14次,油脂消耗降低了29 600L。 Application status of drum type gear drive shaft in main drive system of 2 250 mm finishing mill in WISCO was introduced,and the causes of drive shaft easily-worn parts damage were analyzed,structural optimization reconstructions of oil return ring,lubricating oil circuit and oil gathering box were proposed.After reconstructions,annual failure time of drive shaft was reduced by 382 min,failure times were reduced by 14 times,lubricating oil consumption was reduced by 29 600 L.
