持久性隆起性红斑二例并文献复习

Erythema elevatum diutinum:two cases report

病例1,女,69岁,双足血疱半年。病例2,女,56岁,双膝关节红斑7个月,泛发全身1个月。组织病理均示:表皮下水疱,真皮内可见弥漫的嗜中性粒细胞浸润,血管壁纤维蛋白样变。直接免疫荧光检查:表皮细胞间及基底膜IgG、C3、IgM、IgA阴性。诊断为持久性隆起性红斑。泼尼松治疗有效。

One 69- year- old female patient presented with 6- month history of hemorrhagic bullae on feet. Another patient was a 56- year- old female and presented with 7- month history of erythema on both knees and spread all over the body for 1 month. Biopsy of lesion showed a subepidermal bulla,infiltration of neutrophils in dermis and fibrosis of vessel walls. Direct immunofluorescence（ DIF） of IgG,C3,IgM and IgA was negative in epidermal cells and basement membrane. The diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was made. The treatment with prednisone was effective.
