摘要
目的:评价果酸联合丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:90例寻常痤疮患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用果酸治疗,每周2次,同时口服丹参酮胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d;对照组单纯用果酸治疗,8周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为80.43%,对照组为61.36%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:果酸联合丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮疗效较好。
Objective： To assess the efficacy of glycolic acid combined with tanshinone on acne vulgaris.Methods： Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group were treated with glycolic acid（ twice a week） and tanshinone capsule（ 4 capsules,3 times a day）. The patients in control group were treated with glycolic acid only. The efficacy was assessed in two groups after 8 weeks treatment. Results： The effective rate in treatment group was 80. 43%,which was higher than that in the control group（ 61. 36%）. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Glycolic acid combined with tanshinone is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
