快速斑点免疫金银染色方法诊断华支睾吸虫病的观察

Studies on the Detection of the Antibodies from the Sera of the Patients with Clonorchiasis by FAST-Dot-IGSS, Immunogold-silver Staining (IGSS)and Dot-IGSS

本文报告应用快速斑点免疫金银染色法(FAST-Dot-IGSS)、免疫金银染色法、斑点免疫金银染色法各检测华支睾吸虫病人血清100份,阳性率分别为94％、98％和98％。正常人血清50份,阴性率分别为100％、98％和98％。日本血吸虫病人血清10份,未出现交叉反应。

Three methods, Immunogold-silver staining (IGSS) ,Dot IGSS and FAST-Dot-IGSS, were used for detecting 100 sera from the patients with Clonorchiasis and the positive rate were 98% ,98% and 94% respectively. While the negative rate were 98%, 98% and 100% respectively when the same methods were employed for the detection of 50 normal sera. There are no cross reaction with the sera from patients with Schistosoma japonica.
