高技术企业公司创业模型构建及实证研究 被引量：1

摘要 李克强总理在2014年9月提出了"大众创业,万众创新"的口号。作为创业活动主力军的高技术企业是衡量一个国家创业活动水平的重要标准。国内外学者普遍认为,公司创业是提高企业竞争力和财务绩效的有效手段。文章旨在对现有文献的阅读和梳理的基础上,构建高技术企业公司创业的理论框架,并通过实证研究,探讨高技术企业公司创业影响因素之间的逻辑关系。
