摘要
海洋石油工程的中央控制系统具有高可靠、高稳定性等技术要求,国外的中控系统始终作为主流产品垄断我国海洋石油工程。为了改变这一现状,提出了中控系统的国产化要求。根据海洋石油工程对中控系统的特殊要求,对国产和利时和浙江中控的中控系统进行了调研,从国际标准和系统性能参数等方面分析了国产中控系统能否满足海洋石油工程的要求,并与国外产品进行了对比。对比结果说明,国产中控系统在海洋石油工程中的应用已具备可行性。
The offshore oil engineering has technical requirements of the high reliability, stability, etc. , the central control systems of offshore oil engineering in oar country are always monopolized by foreign mainstream products. In order to change this situation, localization of the central control systems is put forward. According to the special requirements of the central control system of offshore oil engineering, the central control systems of HollySys and Zhejiang SUPCON are investigated. Whether home - made central control systems can meet the technical requirements of offshore oil engineering or not is analysed based on the aspects of international standards systematic performance parameters and so on. Comparing the home - made systems and foreign products, it is concluded that the feasibility of applying domestic central control systems in offshore oil engineering has been possessed.
