摘要
低摩擦设计是实现内燃机节能减排的重要途径。为了得到总体优化的低摩擦设计方案,需要在设计过程中集成来自主机厂、零部件厂、摩擦学研究单位等不同组织的多学科专业知识。知识服务是打通不同组织间信息壁垒的最佳途径。为支持基于知识服务的低摩擦设计过程,本研究提出了非实时知识服务和实时在线计算知识服务的实现方法和过程。上述方法将对内燃机低摩擦设计过程中知识服务的高效开展提供支持,有助于缩短产品设计周期、节约设计成本。
Low friction design is an important way to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction of internal combustion engine. To obtain the global optimal low friction design,the designers need to integrate the multidisciplinary specialized knowledge from the main engine factories,part factories,institutes of tribology and so on.Knowledge service is the best way to get through the information barriers between different organizations. In order to support the low friction design based on design service,this research presents the implementation method and process of the non-real-time knowledge service and the real-time calculating knowledge service. The above method efficiently supports the knowledge service in the engine low friction design process and is helpful to shorten the product design cycle and save the design cost.
