摘要
以旋转叶片式液压阻尼器为进动机构的陀螺和船舶作为研究对象,对其建立了联合动力学方程;在设计过程中通过让陀螺重心下移避免了陀螺输出奇异;在周期为4.76 s有义波高为1 m的随机横浪下,研究所设计的陀螺减摇装置对一渔政船的减摇效果,减摇率达到82.03%,仿真结果表明,此装置能有效抑制船舶的非线性横摇,陀螺重心下移能有效抑制陀螺输出奇异。
A coupled dynamic equation of gyro stabilizer and ship has been established. A rotary blade hydraulic damper is considered as a pression structure of gyro stabilizer with which ship are researched; Making the center of gravity of gyro stabilizer down is used to avoid pression singularity in the designed progress; This research demonstrate the gyro stabilizer has effectiveness and motion reduction is 82. 03% for a fishery administration ship when wave period is 4. 76s and the significant wave height is 1m. The simulation results indicate the gyro stabilizer can attenuate the ship roll motion and making the center of gravity of gyro stabilizer down can avoid pression singularity effectively.
