基于NURBS的液力变矩器叶片设计及主流场特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对液力变矩器叶片建模周期长及叶形交错性强等特点,采用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)对叶片的关键截面和叶形进行参数化表达,并通过叶片设计原则和三维建模软件CATIA建立一款扁平化液力变矩器及相应单流道模型,然后利用CFD对其稳态内流场进行数值仿真,并与试验外特性进行对比,同时通过分析速度场和压力场,揭示了流道内的主流特征,分析造成液力损失的成因。结果表明,NURBS及CFD在液力变矩器设计方面的重要作用,同时为液力变矩器的设计、优化提供了依据。 For the characteristics of long period design and leaf staggered in modeling,using non- uniform rational B- spline( NURBS) to parameterized express the critical section of blades,and with the design principles and three- dimensional modeling software CATIA to establish a flat Blades and corresponding single- stream channel model. Secondly,make use of CFD to simulate the steady internal flow,the main flow features were obtained through velocity and pressure fields analysis and the reasons that caused flow defection of torque converter were studied. The results show the important role of NURBS and CFD in the design of the torque converter,as well as the torque converter design and optimization provided.
