摘要
电子封条锁是一种在物流过程中能实现货物的在途实时信息获取、状态监控和安全管理的机电合一的高科技产品。由于它是吊挂在集装箱或厢式货车上使用的,工作环境恶劣,所以电子封条锁必须具备抗振、耐高/低温之外,尤其要有很高的防水防潮性能,而锁舌孔的密封在锁壳的防水密封中更是至关重要。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对锁舌孔密封装置的主要元件—硅橡胶膜片进行建模和计算,分析其各项结构参数对密封性能的影响,并通过试验,验证了计算分析的结果,为硅橡胶膜片密封设计的改进提供了支撑。
E-seal lock is a high-tech electromechanical product which can obtain real-time information of goods in transit during logistics process,monitor status and provide security management. It is used in harsh environments,such as container or van. High waterproof performance must be ensured besides the performances of shockproof and high / low temperature resistant. The latch hole sealing is critical. This paper conducts modeling and calculation for the molded silicone rubber diaphragm which is the main component in the latch hole sealing mechanism by using ANSYS,analyzes the influence various structural parameters on sealing performance. And the results of the analysis are verified by experiments. All provide strong supports for the further improvement of the silicone rubber diaphragm design.
