摘要
对江苏初中师资现状的问卷调查,试图验证并发现的相关问题是:第一,江苏初中教师的整体状况还是趋于良好的;第二,教师待遇改革与职业理想、职业情感、职业认同之间并非简单的正相关,而是呈现多元多变的复杂镜像;第三,在教师培训意识提升、培训内容选择、培训结果实效方面,行政、专家、学校、教师之间的融通尚有很大发展时空。
A questionnaire survey of present situation of junior middle school teachers in Jiangsu Province reveals that the whole status of teachers are relatively good, that teachers' pay reform is not simply positive correlation with professional ideal, emotion and identity but various complications, and that, in terms of awareness promotion of teacher training, selection of training content, and the effectiveness of training outcome, integration and communication between administrations, experts,schools, and teachers need to be further strengthened.
