摘要
师资队伍建设是民办学校发展的核心问题。南京师范大学苏州实验学校面对建校初期教师队伍建设困境,通过构建"命运共同体"、"文化共同体"、"管理共同体"、"学习共同体",培育共同体精神,加强师资队伍建设,为新建民办学校可持续发展开辟了一条路径。
Teacher construction is the core problem for private school development. Suzhou Experimental School of Nanjing Normal University confronts the plight of teacher construction at the early stage of school establishment and employs such strategies as constructing communities of destiny,culture, administration and learning to foster the spirit of community. As a result, teacher construction has been strengthened and has stricken out a new path for the sustainable development of private schools.
