新建本科高校法学实训课程的困境及改革路径

Development Predicament and Reform of Law Practice Training Courses at Newly Undergraduate University

法学本科实训课程以系统训练法律实践技能为教学目标,其定位应当是专业课程中的实践课程和技能课程。当前,新建本科高校的法学专业实训课程建设普遍存在课程目标不清、技能训练的教学理念缺失、课程体系不完善、教学手段与教学目标不匹配等问题。今后应从以下几个方面加以改进:通过行政力量推动实训课程建设;明晰课程目标;优化实训课程结构;建立协同育人的长效机制;引入工作坊教学模式。

The teaching goal of undergraduate law practice training courses is improving skills of analyzing and dealing with real cases,which should be positioned to be practical courses. However, unclear objectives,unperfet curriculum system and ill-matched teaching mathods has been common problems on constructing training course. In future, we should improve training courses from fllowing aspects： promoting the construction of practical training courses, reforming curriculum goal, optimising curriculum sturcture, establishing effective mechanism and introducing workshop formats.
