摘要 选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统催化剂运行时间延长后,受飞灰堵塞、冲蚀和化学中毒等影响,活性逐步降低,脱硝性能逐渐降低,需要进行催化剂性能预测以指导催化剂的增加或者更换。基于实验室测试条件,催化剂活性测试结果并不能完全反映脱硝反应器的实际情况,为此,提出利用脱硝系统现场性能测试数据对实验室数据加以修正的方法,即把催化剂的实验室测试数据来掌握催化剂活性下降的速度,而脱硝系统的现场测试数据用来掌握反应器实际的脱硝性能,并以某1 000 MW机组脱硝系统催化剂性能预测的实践例子,来说明SCR烟气脱硝系统催化剂的科学管理。 Activity of catalyst of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification system may gradually reduce and its denitrification performance may reduce as well due to influence of flying ash blocking,erosion,chemical poisoning,and so on after its running time delays,thus,it is needed to make prediction on performance of catalyst to guide increase or replacement of catalyst.Testing result of catalyst activity based on laboratory testing condition could not entirely reflect practical situation of the denitrification reactor,therefore,a method for correcting laboratory data by using field performance testing data of the denitrification system is proposed,which uses laboratory testing data of catalyst to know decreasing speed of catalyst activity while field testing data of the denitrification system to know practical denitrification performance of the reactor.Practice of prediction on catalyst performance of the denitrification system of some 1 000 MW unit is taken for an example to state scientific management on catalyst of SCR flue gas denitrification system.
