介绍了广东电网调度操作模式的历史、现状及存在的问题,分析了操作权限的变更对电网安全稳定运行的影响。针对目前广东电网部分设备操作权下放后调度操作工作的具体情况及存在的问题,介绍了下一步操作权下放的工作方案和方法。最后,针对未来广东电网操作模式的变更和发展,提出了相应的策略及建议。

This paper introduces history,status quo and existing problems of dispatching and operating mode of Guangdong power grid and analyzes influence on safe and stable operation of the power grid by change of operating authorization.In allusion to specific situation and existing problems of dispatching and operating working of some equipments of the power grid at present after operating authorization devolution,it introduces next work schemes and methods for operating authorization devolution.It also proposes relevant strategies and suggestions in view of future changes and developments of operating models of Guangdong power grid.
