摘要
以某型机平显振动过大的问题处理为例,详细介绍了一种适合外场快速分析处理局部振动问题的方法,并经过了飞行试验,证明可靠。该方法具有计算简单、效率高、精度高的特点,可以在无外载荷输入的情况下,仅依据飞行振动水平测量结果计算得到局部结构的安装频率,用于快速指导现场改进方案的制定,并预估改进方案实施后的振动响应水平。该文旨在为今后处理该类问题提供一个新的思路和现场振动故障快速排除的高效工程方法。
This paper presented here was based on an example of over- vibration level of the displays on board a helicopter. A rapid appropriate troubleshooting method of the local vibration defects on- site was described in details,which has been proved its reliability through flight tests. These features of the method were easy to calculate,high efficiency and high accuracy. Without the external loads input,we could obtain the frequency of anti- vibration structure by only analyzing the recorded data of vibration level during flight. It could be used for quick redefining of on- site maintenance and predicting the vibration response level after implementing of improved solutions. We made possible effort to provide an innovative way and highly efficient engineering algorithm for the in-time troubleshooting of the vibration defects on- site in case of the issue in future.
