摘要
随着散客旅游迅猛发展,海南旅游迎来全新面貌与机遇,也迎来新的难题与挑战。网络技术不断发展,为散客提供方便、快捷的旅游信息服务至关重要。对海南散客旅游信息服务现状进行分析,在信息网建设方面提出建立旅游"三网"信息整合、实现信息互通、建立统一的信息系统的观点;针对旅游咨询服务中心建设,提出增加数量、健全功能、提升服务的建议;公示语建设方面,从凸显特色、符合标准两方面进行了阐述。
With an ever increase of individual tourists,the tourism sector of Hainan is facing a new phase of opportunity and challenge. It's vital to improve our internet services as to provide tourists with information that is convenient and readily available. This paper studies on the present information service for tourists,and the author suggests a joint and incorporating system of information for sharing and gathering resources. On the inquiry service,she suggests increase in numbers and betterment of services,and on public signs,she suggests a combination of local distinctiveness and standard translation.
