大学生村官工作现状调研报告——以长丰县双墩镇为例

Research Report on the Status- quo of College- graduate Village Official——In Changfeng Shuangdun Case

选聘当代大学生到农村任职村官,经过近十年发展与尝试,已经逐步发展成为一种成形制度,成为近年来社会普遍关注热点话题。利用暑假时间对合肥市长丰县双墩镇十几名村官进行走访,调查大学生村官工作现状,了解大学生村官存在:制度因素、环境因素、自身因素、社会认同因素并进行分析,寻找大学生村官职业发展平台,提出:健全相关制度建设,提高大学生村官工作效率;改善工作生活环境,增强大学生村官归属感;克服不足,转变观念,努力增强自身综合素质;营造良好氛围,增强大学生村官自信心的对策建议。

After nearly a decade,hire contemporary college students to serve as the rural village official,have been gradually developed into a molding system,which also become one of the recent hot topics of public concern. With questions,we visit a dozen of college-graduate village officials in Changfeng Shuangdun in Hefei during summer vacation. To investigate and analyze the status-quo of work of the college-graduate village officials,find career development platform,and put forward possible suggestions.
