公安院校价值观培养中人文课程之重要性的若干思考

On the Importance of Humanity Curriculum in Police Colleges and Universities for Cultivating the Value Orientations

公安院校是我国公安队伍的主要培训基地,公安预备警官阶段的学习与训练可以为其后的价值观和工作能力打下坚实的基础。在"立德为先"的教育共识下,公安院校中的人文课程承担着预备警官价值观培养的重任。针对目前新进警察出现的问题,结合对预备警官开展的调查问卷,可以发现:重新审视人文课程的价值,反思人文课程存在的不足,有效调整并转变人文课程的教育目标与授课方式,已成为当前公安队伍价值观培养的紧要任务。

Police colleges and universities are the main bases for training China＇s police teams. The study and training of young police officers establish a solid foundation for their future value judgments and working abilities. Under the educational consensus of ＂morality first＂,humanity curriculum in police colleges and universities undertakes the responsibility of cultivating the value orientations of future police officers. We used questionnaires to identify the problems in new police officers and found the below three urgent tasks for cultivating the value orientations of current police officers： re-examining the educational goal of the police humanity curriculum,rethinking their shortcomings,effectively adjusting their teaching methodologies and objectives.
