摘要
非常规油气水平井分段压裂技术目前已经成为中国非常规油气资源高效开发的技术瓶颈,亟待研发或引进新型的水平井分段压裂技术来保障中国非常规油气高效开发。通过深入调研国外尤其是北美地区非常规储层水平井分段改造最新技术,在对比研究了以往国内水平井分段压裂技术特点的基础上,梳理了目前国内非常规油气水平井分段压裂技术的技术需求,筛选出连续油管坐塞与射孔联作技术、新型滑套技术、连续油管无限级固井滑套分段压裂技术、可溶桥塞技术等四项新型水平井分段压裂技术,分别对这些技术的原理、特点及应用范围等方面进行了介绍。通过对以上几种新型分段压裂技术的适应性分析,认为这些技术能够解决目前国内非常规储层水平井分段改造面临的一些难题,为非常规油气资源的高效开发提供支持,为非常规储层水平井分段改造技术发展提供新的研究思路。
Unconventional oil and gas horizontal well staged fracturing technology becomes a technical bottleneck in the highly development of China unconventional oil and gas resources, thus it needs to introduce new technologies. Through deeply investigating foreign unconventional horizontal well staged transformation technologies, especially those in North America, and based on the comparison of previous domestic technical characteristics, the technical demands of domestic unconventional horizontal well staged fracturing technology were analyzed and four new technologies were selected out, including coiled tubing bridge plug and perforation technology, new sliding sleeve technology, coiled tubing infinite cementing sliding sleeve staged fracturing technology, and dissolvable bridge plug technology, in addition, their principles, characteristics and application ranges were introduced. Through the introduction and adaptation analysis of above new technologies, it concludes that these technologies can resolve some difficulties of current domestic unconventional horizontal well staged transformation and provide supports for highly development of China uncon- ventional oil and gas resources, thereby offering new research ideas for the development of horizontal well staged transformation technology.
