摘要
随着我国市场经济的发展和法治社会的推进,依法治企已经逐步成为企业生存和发展的前提。企业依法经营、依法管理的理念日益深化。企业法务这个新兴的岗位悄然诞生,并迅速成长,这需要大批既懂法律又懂管理的法务人才。我国高等法律教育应该积极回应市场需求。本文从转变传统法律职业观出发,尝试构建企业法务知识体系,分析了传统司法法务人才与企业法务人才具有的共性和特性。在此基础上,提出了企业法务人才培养设计方案。
With the progress of Market economy and the legal society,running the business by law has become a premise and the survival of enterprises,and the running and the management by law has been well-spread.And there comes up the law talent requiring many personnel of both law and business.The law education in China should respond actively to this trend.This paper,starting from alternating traditional law education,make up law knowledge system and to suggest business law talent training program by analyzing the similarities between the traditional law talents and business law talents.
