当前我国教育科研面临的形势和任务

The Current Situation and Tasks of Chinese Education Research

当前,我国全面建成小康社会进入决胜阶段,转型、改革、发展的任务非常繁重。教育科研系统的建设和发展,既面临难得机遇,又须面对严峻挑战。"十三五"期间,教育科研工作应着重于国家重大教育问题研究和重大政策研制、教育政策实施情况的监测评估以及中国特色社会主义教育理论体系、区域教育综合改革经验模式、学校治理体系和治理能力现代化、课程教学改革、重大教育政策解读和舆论引导工作等研究。2016年工作任务是,认真学习贯彻党的十八届五中全会精神,科学谋划启动实施"十三五"发展规划,主动服务区域教育决策、支撑地方经济社会发展,协同开展系列重大战略研究,探索教育智库体系建设有效途径。

At present,the construction of a comprehensive well-off society in China has entered the runoff stage,andthe tasks of transformation,reform and development of society are very arduous. The construction and development ofeducation research system are facing not only opportunities but also challenges. During the period of the 13th Five-YearPlan,education research should focus on the research of great educational problems and the formulation of importantpolicies,the monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of policies,and the research of education theoreticalsystem of socialism with Chinese characteristic,the empirical modes of comprehensive reform on regional education,theschool governance system and governance ability modernization,the course teaching reform,as well as the importantpolicy interpretation and public opinion guidance,etc. In 2016,we should earnestly study and implement the spirit of TheFifth Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC,scientifically plan how to implement the 13th Five-Year Plan,initiatively serve the decisions of regional education to support the development of local economy and society,collaboratively carry out the important strategic research,and explore the effective approach of system construction ofeducation think tank.
