大学教师评价制度的物化逻辑及其二重性 被引量:54

The Materialization Logic and Its Duality of University Faculty Evaluation System

摘要 以"量化为主"的大学教师评价制度是物化逻辑渗透的结果。当大学作为知识生产机构参与到社会生产中时,大学教师的精神劳动也被纳入到普遍的社会交换体系中了。由此,物质生产领域中的物化逻辑开始向知识生产领域延伸,继而向调节大学教师行为的评价制度渗透。相对于"人化"或"人情化"而言,大学教师评价制度的物化逻辑有其历史必然性和现实合理性;相对于知识生产的"精神性"或"不确定性"而言,该物化逻辑存在着理性上和实践中的不合理。客观认识这种物化逻辑的内涵及合理与否的二重性,有助于中国大学教师评价制度冲出物化逻辑的羁绊,促进大学教师的知识生产。 The university faculty evaluation system focusing on quantization is the permeating result of thematerialization logic. The mental work of university faculty is brought into the social exchange system while the universityas a knowledge production institution participates into social production. The materialization logic in the field of materialproduction stretches to the field of knowledge production,and then permeates into the university faculty evaluation systemwhich is an adjustor of faculty activities. Contrast to "personalization" or "humanization",there are historical necessityand realistic rationality in the materialization logic of university faculty evaluation. However, compared to the "spirituality" and "uncertainty" of the knowledge production,there are theoretical and practical irrationalities in thematerialization logic. Objectively understanding the connotation and its duality of the materialization logic could help theuniversity faculty evaluation system get out of the trammels of the materialization logic,and promote the knowledgeproduction of the university faculty.
