城镇化与我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率研究

Research on Urbanization and Macro Allocation Efficiency of Preschool Education Resources in China

城镇化是我国社会发展的重要方向。通过考察2001—2013年间城镇化进程对我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的影响,利用时间序列数据进行经验性分析,发现城镇化是影响我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的重要因素,也是造成我国城镇与农村幼儿园在园学生规模差距逐渐扩大的主要因素。顺应城镇化发展方向与需求的资源配置整体上会提高学前教育资源宏观配置效率,未来学前教育资源投入应与城镇化方向保持一致,且学前教育资源投入的重点应在县镇。

Urbanization is an important direction of social development in China. Through investigating the effect ofurbanization process in 2001-2013 to macro allocation efficiency of preschool education resources,and applying the timeseries data to carry on an empirical analysis,it is found that urbanization is one important factor influencing our country＇smacro allocation efficiency of preschool education resources,which contributes to the widening gap of scale betweenurban and rural kindergartens. If the allocation of resources would comply with the direction and the demand ofurbanization,the overall macro allocation efficiency of preschool education resources could increase. The allocation ofpreschool education resources should be consistent with the direction of urbanization in the future,and the main partshould be in counties and towns.
