摘要
目的分析手术室护理干预在预防老年骨科手术切口感染中的应用。方法回顾性分析该院2012年7月—2015年4月364例骨科手术的老年患者的相关资料,分析患者的医院感染情况及可能感染因素。结果共发生29例医院感染,感染率7.97%,主要为下呼吸道(4.95%)、骨牵引眼(1.36%)、泌尿道(0.82%),其余占0.81%;手术时间长、参与人员刷手及患者皮肤消毒不彻底、手术室空气质量是感染的主要原因。结论针对老年骨科手术切口感染开展手术室护理干预在患者术后康复中发挥重要作用。
Objective To analyze the application of operating room nursing intervention on preventing incision infection of elderly patients with orthopedic surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of the relevant information of 364 cases elderly orthopedic surgery patients was performed in author＇s hospital from July2012 to April 2015.The situation and possible infection factors were analyzed.Results Totally 29 cases of nosocomial infection were ocourred,infection rate was 7.97%,they were mainly for the lower respiratory tract（4.95%）,skeletal traction eye（1.36%）,urinary tract（0.82%）,the remaining（0.81%）.The main cause of infection were long operation time,unthoroughness hand brush in the participants and the skin disinfection in patients,the operating room air quality.Conclusion The operating room nursing intervention in elderly orthopedic surgery can play an important role on postoperative rehabilitation.
