综合护理干预在CCU病房焦虑抑郁患者护理中的应用

COMPREHENSIVE NURSING INTERVENTION IN THE CCU WARD FOR THE APPLICATION OF ANXIETY DEPRESSION PATIENT CARE

目的对比不同护理手段对CCU病房患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将该院CCU病房收治的139例患者依据护理方式差异随机分为二组,其中69例给予常规护理设为对照组,其余70例给予综合护理干预设为观察组,对比二组护理效果。结果实施护理干预后二组护理干预前SAS、SDS两项评分差异不大(P>0.05);护理干预后对照组SAS评分(45.83±4.91)、SDS评分(44.92±5.22),观察组SAS评分(34.80±5.23)、SDS评分(33.69±4.99),此两项评分与组间评分差异均较大(P<0.05);数据统计可知,观察组在视觉空间与执行(4.64±0.48)、记忆(3.86±1.31)、注意(4.67±0.78)、语言(2.51±0.54)、定向力(5.12±0.56)等指标上均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予CCU病房患者进行心理、行为、认知等综合护理干预手段,可有效缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,该种护理方案深受临床欢迎。

Objective To compare the nursing methods of CCU ward patients with anxiety depression.Methods Totally 139 cases with CCU ward were based on nursing methods randomly divided into two groups,69 cases given routine nursing care were as control group,the remaining 70 cases given comprehensive nursing intervention were as observation group,then the nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results Compared with nursing intervention before and after,the scores of SAS,SDS were no difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After the nursing intervention,the scores of SAS（45.83±5.22）and SDS（44.92±4.91）of the control group were higher than the observation group of SAS（34.80±4.99）and SDS（33.69±5.23）,the difference between the two groups was larger（P〈0.05）.By the data statistics,the observation group in the visual space and execution（4.64±0.48）,memory（3.86±1.31）,（4.67±0.78）,（2.51±0.54）language,directional force（5.12±0.56）,and other indicators were significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The CCU ward patients＇ psychology,behavior,cognitive and other comprehensive nursing intervention,which can effectively alleviate the anxiety depression,this kind of care programmes are very popular with clinical.
