家庭环境对大学生恋爱心理压力的影响

INFLUENCE OF FAMILY ENVIRONMENT ON PSYCHOLOGICAL STRESS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS IN LOVE

目的为了了解大学生恋爱心理压力特点及家庭环境对大学生恋爱心理压力的影响。方法采用家庭环境量表（FES-CV）和大学生恋爱心理压力量表（CSLPSS）对330名在校大学生进行施测。结果所测量的大学生恋爱心理压力的平均得分为77.2分,处于60-99（常态区间）之间,男生的恋爱心理压力显著地高于女生（t=2.104,P〈0.05）;家庭环境中的亲密度与大学生恋爱心理压力呈显著性的负相关（r=-0.193,P〈0.01）;家庭环境中的矛盾性与大学生恋爱心理压力呈显著正相关（r=0.198,P〈0.01）。结论大学生的确存在常态下恋爱心理压力感,其中男生的压力感显著高于女生。此外,大学生家庭环境亲密度越高,恋爱心理压力越低;矛盾性越高,恋爱心理压力越高。

Objective To understand the characteristics of psychological stress in college students＇ love,and to understand the role of family environment in causing the psychological stress of college students in love.Methods A total of 330 college undergraduate students were measured as subjects by using the Family Environment Scale（FES-CV）and the Psychological Stress Scale for College Students in Love（CSLPSS）.Results The average score resulted from the Psychological Stress Scale for College Students in Love was77.2,higher than60 and less than99 points.The boys＇ psychological stress was higher than that of girls（t=2.104,P〈0.05）.The degree of intimacy in the family environment was negatively correlated with the psychological stress of college students in love（r=-0.193,P〈0.01）,while the degree of problem in the home environment showed a significant positive correlation with the psychological stress（r=0.198,P〈0.01）.Conclusions College students in love are commonly suffering from psychological stress,and the boys＇ stress is significantly higher than that of girls.The higher the family environment intimacy is,the lower the psychological stress is for the college students in love,and vise versa.
