摘要
目的分析医院员工沉默行为与权力距离导向的影响,为医院的科学性管理提供理论指导。方法采用SPSS、HLM等统计分析软件,对回收的调查问卷进行分析整理,运用多层线性模型,分析员工沉默与员工权力距离导向之间的关系及影响。结果员工三种沉默与领导教育程度和员工教育程度呈负相关,与领导工作年限呈正相关,与员工的权力距离导向呈正相关的关系,与领导权力距离导向也是正相关的关系;员工组织地位感知能调节员工权力距离导向与员工默许性沉默之间的关系,当员工组织地位感知较高时,二者之间的关系较弱,相反的,二者之间的关系就会变强。结论领导和员工的权力距离导向都能够对员工的沉默行为产生的显著影响,并且调查中的一些人口统计学变量对员工沉默也有影响。
Objective T analyze the influence of power distance orientation on the hospital staff silence behavior,and to provide guidance for the scientific nature of the hospital management.Methods The statistical analysis software of SPSS,HLM were employed on the recycled questionnaire,and the multi-layer linear model was used to analyze employee silence and the relationship between the power distance orientation and the influence of employees.Results Three staff silence were negative associated with leadership education degree and the staff education degree,working years was a positively correlated with leadership,power distance orientation was positively related to relationship with employees,and power distance orientation was positively related to the leadership of the relationship.Employee organization status could adjust employees' perception power distance orientation and employees' connivance the relationship between the silences.When employees perceived high organization status,the weaker the relationship between the two,on the contrary,the relationship between the two would make them stronger.Conclusion Leadership and employees power distance orientation can be a significant impact on employee silence behavior,and survey some of the demographic variables on employee silence may also be affected.
