微课结合翻转课堂模式在临床检验仪器教学中的应用 被引量:7

FLIPPED CLASSROOM TEACHING MODEL SUPPORTED BY MICRO LECTURE IN THE APPLICATION OF THE CLINICAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT TEACHING

摘要 目的将微课结合翻转课堂引入临床检验仪器学教学中,引导学生进行自主性、探究式学习,提高学生的主体地位。方法近四年检验仪器学教学中,08、09级学生采用了传统的教学方法,10、11级学生采用微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式,回顾性分析二组学生学习成绩的差异性,并对学生和教师进行问卷调查分析。结果教学实践表明教改组平均成绩高于对照组,大多数学生喜欢翻转课堂教学模式,任课教师均表示下一学年将继续采用翻转课堂教学。结论微课与翻转课堂教学模式构建了检验仪器学教学新模式,在知识传授、能力培养、因材施教等方面具有传统模式无法比拟的强大优势,学生学习的主动性日益提高。 Objective To evaluate the effect on guiding the students autonomy,receiving exploratory learning,improving the students' principal status by using the flipped classroom teaching model supported by micro lecture into clinical laboratory equipment class.Methods During inspection instrument teaching for nearly four years,we used the traditional teaching methods for 2008 and 2009 grade students,and adopted the new mode of flipped classroom teaching model supported by micro lecture for the students in 2010 and2011 grade,the differences of scores of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,we did the analysis of the questionnaire survey to students and teachers.Results The teaching practice showed that the average scores for the students of teach reorganization were higher than those of control group,most of the students like the new teaching model.The teacher said next year they will continue to use the flipped classroom teaching model.Conclusions The flipped classroom teaching model supported by micro lecture constructs a new teaching mode for clinical laboratory equipment class,it has a powerful advantage to traditional teaching mode in such aspects as knowledge-transference,ability cultivation and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude.Students' learning initiative is increasing day by day.
