乳腺癌保乳术和前哨淋巴结活检手术技巧探讨 被引量:4

摘要 基础研究进展和新药问世使乳腺癌外科手术治疗理念不断更新,乳腺癌的手术趋于规范化和精准化。解剖是外科手术的基础,明晰的解剖层次和精确的组织比邻关系是精准手术的关键。乳腺癌外科治疗包括乳房和区域淋巴结处理两个部分,随着治疗理念的改变,乳腺癌保乳术(Breastconservingsurgery,BCS)和前哨淋巴结活检术(Sentinel lymph node biopsy, SLNB)成为乳腺癌外科治疗的热点和焦点。下面就相关手术技巧和要点分析如下。
